Vatican settles nine more refugees in Rome
The Vatican has brought a second group of Syrian refugees to Rome. The nine refugees, including three children, had been living in a camp on the Greek island of Lesbos and were accompanied from Athens by Holy See officials. Two of the refugees are Christian.
Cardinal investigated for ‘hate speech’
Prosecutors in Spain are investigating Cardinal Antonio Cañizares for possible hate speech after he referred to the influence of what he called a “gay empire”.
