"I would ask," she urges, "that we try to get away from competitive sport in schools and think about increasing exercise and activity." She specifically attacks team sports like hockey and football and claims that many adults had been put off exercise for life "because they were still haunted by their experiences at school". Many thousands of schools have been implementing this PC idiocy for decades. The last time we won the world cup, it was unknown. Incidentally, I am prepared to bet that the winner of the world cup will be a traditionally Catholic country, not known for political correctness. QED, maybe?
