Ahead of the papal canonisation ceremony on Sunday the Vatican has warned tourists not to be duped into buying fake tickets. The Vatican has emphasised that the event is entirely free so there is no need to buy tickets from touts. For those who cannot attend the canonisations in Rome, 47 Catholics who are not able to attend the Mass in Rome will have the opportunity to watch the canonisations on the silver screen in 3D free of charge. Forty-seven cinemas across Britain will be screening the canonisations on Sunday. Cinemas in major cities in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland will offer locals the opportunity to watch the historic event on the big screen in 2D or 3D. Cities with cinemas broadcasting the ceremony include London, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Sheffield.
