Blessed Oscar Romero’s vicar general dies aged 90
Mgr Ricardo Urioste, former vicar general under Blessed Oscar Romero and president of the Archbishop Romero Foundation, has died aged 90. Edin Martinez, who worked for the foundation, said Mgr Urioste “taught us to always be on the side of the victims”.
