Nine million pilgrims went to Fatima in 2017
More than nine million pilgrims visited Fatima in 2017, the centenary of the apparitions, authorities at the shrine have said. The highest number of visitors came from Spain, Italy, Poland and the US, with 72 million watching centenary events on television.
