Bishop’s own priests arrested for his kidnap
Three priests were among 14 people arrested last week for the kidnapping and beating of Bishop Prasad Gallela of Cuddapah in southern India. The three were priests of the diocese. Reports claimed that one of them was upset at being denied a promotion.
