Abuse claim against cardinal thrown out

A French prosecutor has thrown out the case of a cardinal under investigation for alleged failure to report suspected paedophilia by a priest under his watch. Marc Cimamonti said there was insufficient evidence against Cardinal Philippe Barbarin of Lyon.
