Pope prays for victims of Turkey bombing
Pope Francis offered prayers on Sunday for the victims of a terrorist attack in Turkey. The attack, reportedly carried out by a boy aged 12 to 14 at a wedding party in the city of Gaziantep, killed at least 51 people. It is believed that ISIS was behind the attack.
First native Mongolian priest is ordained
Joseph Enkh was ordained as Mongolia’s first native priest last week. The country has 1,000 or so Catholics thanks to the arrival of missionaries in the early 1990s.
