Thousands of pro-lifers filled Westminster Cathedral for the Mass for Life, attended by a record 15 Catholic bishops ahead of the annual March for Life UK. The gathering formed the spiritual centrepiece of a day that would later see more than 10,000 people take to the streets of London in support of the unborn.

From the cathedral, participants made their way towards Parliament Square for a peaceful public demonstration marked by prayer, singing and speeches. Pope Leo XIV also sent a message of support and encouragement to those taking part.
