Metro Police 'regret' Good Friday disruption, make fence-mending visit
"We know," said Detective Supt Andy Wadey, "that many people were very upset by what happened on Good Friday and we deeply regret that." The Detective Superintendent noted the "significant reflection and learning" that he and Superintendent Roger Arditti have undertaken in the days since the Good Friday incident, along with their colleagues in the BCU and senior leaders at New Scotland Yard.
