Ordinariate leaders from the United States and Australia are to visit England next month to meet their opposite number. Mgr Jeffery Steenson, Ordinary of the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St Peter in the US, and Mgr Harry Entwistle, Ordinary of the Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of the Southern Cross in Australia, will be in London from February 6-13, where they will meet Mgr Keith Newton, Ordinary of the Personal Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham. It is the second time the three ordinaries have meet since the ordinariates were established by Benedict XVI. They met in Rome last year during a joint visit to Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller, the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. On February 8 the ordinaries will pray a the Solemn Mass at Our Lady of the Assumption, Warwick Street, and later that day will attend Solemn Evensong and Benediction, also at Warwick Street. The visit will conclude with the 5.30pm Mass at Westminster Cathedral on February 12 at which Mgr Keith Newton will preside with Ordinariate clergy concelebrating. The ordinaries will also make a brief pilgrimage to Walsingham during their visit to England.
