Pope Leo celebrated Mass in hospital today, as doctors reported continued improvement in his test results and physical recovery.  

In the daily update regarding the Pontiff’s recovery, his medical team continued their positive tone when issuing details about their patient on October 13. Notably also the Vatican published the first pictures of the Pope since his surgery, showing him offering Mass in a room with his secretary Monsignor Edgar Rimaycuna, in a makeshift chapel set up in the hospital.
