The Church has never been called to drift with the culture. It has always been called to stand.

Throughout history, seasons of confusion and pressure have revealed the strength or weakness of leadership within the Church. And today is no different. Pastors and ministry leaders across the country are navigating real challenges. Cultural pressure. Congregational expectations. Personal fatigue. And the ongoing responsibility of faithfully shepherding people in an increasingly uncertain world.

Moments like this require more than information. They require clarity, conviction and community.

That is the heart behind the Faith Forward Pastors Summit.

Taking place April 21–23 in Grapevine, Texas, this gathering is designed to bring together pastors, ministry leaders, parachurch leaders and Bible college students for a focused time of encouragement, sharpening and alignment around what matters most.

At its core, this summit is about strengthening the Church by strengthening those who lead it.

Over three days, attendees will hear from a line-up of trusted voices including Ed Young Jr, Jack Graham, Jentezen Franklin, Dr Frank Turek, Seth Dillon and others who have been faithfully engaging both the Church and the culture. These speakers bring a range of experience and perspective, but share a common commitment to biblical truth and faithful leadership.

But what makes this gathering unique is not just the stage. It is the room.

There is something significant about being surrounded by other leaders who understand the weight of ministry. Leaders who are navigating similar pressures. Leaders who are asking the same questions. Leaders who are committed to remaining faithful, even when it is difficult.

In a time when many feel isolated in their calling, this kind of environment matters.

The Faith Forward Pastors Summit is intentionally designed to create space for both encouragement and practical insight. Attendees will walk away not only with renewed perspective, but with tangible takeaways they can bring back into their churches and ministries.

This includes:

  • Strengthening personal conviction in the truth of Scripture
  • Gaining clarity on leading in today’s cultural landscape
  • Building relationships with like-minded pastors and leaders
  • Being reminded of the importance of faithfulness over time

There is also a deeper reality at play.

The future of the Church is not determined by trends. It is shaped by faithful men and women who are willing to lead, serve and stand when it matters most.

Every generation faces its moment.

This is ours.

And the question is not whether the Church will endure. Christ has already promised that. The question is whether leaders will rise to meet the moment with courage, humility and obedience.

That is why gatherings like this matter.

Not because they solve everything, but because they help realign hearts, refocus priorities and remind leaders that they are not alone in the work they have been called to.

If you are a pastor, ministry leader, parachurch leader or Bible college student who desires to grow, be encouraged and stand firm in your calling, we invite you to join us.

The Faith Forward Pastors Summit is more than an event. It is an opportunity to step away, be strengthened and return with renewed clarity for the work ahead.
