A new exhibition has just opened at Winchester Cathedral. Kings and Scribes: The Birth of a Nation is the fruit of seven years of work and takes place in “a spectacular three-level exhibition space in the South Transept”, according to the organisers. It looks at the Anglo-Saxon world, including the role of kings, monks and cathedrals.

Today, Friday June 21, sees the publication of Viganò vs the Vatican (Sophia Institute Press), by Marco Tosatti which tells the story of whistleblower Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò. Journalist Tosatti has worked closely with the archbishop.
